Hello there! My name is Tennessee and I am a personal trainer at World Fitness. I grew up in the hills of Dunedin gaining my knowledge from Otago Boys High School and the University of Otago.
I have always loved interacting with and helping people and its was through my Bachelor of Physical Education Degree that I discovered my love for personal training. My personal philosophy is based around consistency. I can teach you good habits and identify your barriers and motivators so that you will stick to your routine and more importantly achieve your goals. In this industry I only succeed when you do. With my guidance I can help you achieve new limits and boundaries whilst providing an enjoyable and motivating experience.
